Tuesday's
Child
The twentieth
century
brought
vast changes
in thinking
about children,
their spirituality
and faith
development,
their place
and role
in the church,
and their
challenge
to the church.
Tuesday's
Child, a
project
of the Consultative
Group on
Ministry
among Children,
a network
of Churches
Together
in Britain
and Ireland,
explores
these developments
through
quotations
from key
scholars
and practitioners
and a series
of short
introductory
pieces.
Tuesday's
Child is
a valuable
resource
for all
who work
with children
in the churches,
for Christian
teachers
in day schools,
for students
of theology
and for
people preparing
for lay
and ordained
ministries
in the churches.
